  • In light of the ominous forecasts emanating from our radios and televisions, many people have been reactive, bracing themselves for what's to come with the hopes of surviving the storm. We, however, have taken a different approach by being proactive in creating a vehicle that will help both investors and lenders to not only survive the rough times ahead, but also to thrive, by effectively addressing the issue of potentially large volumes of foreclosed investment properties.
  • Our goal is simple, and our system is practical. We work to complement and enhance the manner in which asset managers dispose of their REO properties by bringing them directly into contact with our select group of clients whose real estate acquisition capabilities could fulfill the disposition requirements of the lenders.

The Investors:

  • Our REO investors include private equity funds and institutional companies seeking a wide array of distressed and value-add investment opportunities in various markets throughout the United States. They all have the infrastructures and capabilities to analyze and evaluate large volumes of properties simultaneously, and to close quickly, all cash, with no debt service. This enables lenders to dispose of their REOs in bulk in a timely and effective manner, allowing them to bypass lengthy marketing periods during which property values can decline further.

The Asset Managers:
